SiteKali is a project operated by JAAN Network (Pvt) Ltd, a company legally incorporated in Sri Lanka under registration number PV00296799.

While our business is registered in Sri Lanka, all hosting infrastructure is located in the United States and operated under U.S. law. All users of SiteKali must comply with applicable U.S. federal and state regulations.

2. Service Duration

SiteKali offers a one-time payment hosting service valid for a period of 60 years from the date of purchase. After 60 years, the service will be considered expired. This definition of "lifetime" is fixed and non-negotiable.

We collect only essential data such as your name, email, and IP address for account creation and service security. We do not sell or share your data. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.

At SiteKali, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide reliable and affordable long-term hosting for every customer.

If you're not satisfied with our service, we offer a full refund within 48 hours of your purchase — no questions asked.

If for any reason we fail to deliver what was promised in our service description (such as failure to activate your hosting or deliver advertised features), you are entitled to receive your money back in full.

To request a refund, contact us at support@sitekali.com with your order details. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

After the 48-hour window has passed, all payments are considered final and non-refundable unless legally required.

We aim for high availability, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. SiteKali is not responsible for data loss due to hardware failure or external attacks. Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups.

We may change, migrate, or upgrade our hosting infrastructure to improve performance or security. These changes will not affect your 60-year validity period.

We may update these Terms & Conditions. Continued use of our service implies your acceptance of any updated terms. All updates will be posted on this page.

These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States. All users must comply with applicable federal and state laws, regardless of their country of residence.
